When you support Peace Love & BBQ 501(c)(3), you support multiple nonprofits and charitable organizations in Tampa Bay. The Brisket Shoppe’s pitmaster and owner Danny Hernandez is passionate about helping people in need. We are thrilled to announce that we are a collaborative partner in the annual National Meat Day celebration on March 28.
Peace Love & BBQ is partnering with Central Park Village Youth Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged students and children in the Tampa Bay area. Their mission-driven events unite backyard pitmasters, professional BBQ teams, sponsors, and local supporters around a shared love of barbecue while raising funds for meaningful causes.
A designated portion of proceeds will benefit FARA (Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance) and Mary Lee’s House, further extending the event’s charitable footprint.
This spring, Peace Love & BBQ will focus all its efforts on National Meat Day instead of past years’ events. We invite you to join us for National Meat Day on March 28, from 11 AM – 5 PM.
We look forward to a signature cooking competition that combines culinary creativity with a high-energy festival atmosphere.
BBQ Love Fest offers something for everyone—from families and food lovers to die-hard barbecue fans. Choose from General Admission for all-day access to delicious BBQ samples, live music, and fun activities; discounted Kids Tickets so young guests can join the fun; or a VIP experience with exclusive perks like an open bar, shaded lounge, and air-conditioned restrooms. However you join us, your ticket helps support great causes while you enjoy a full day of food, flavor, and community.
