Up to 25 teams will fire up their grills and cook “for a cure.” Each team (up to 4 members) will be serving their own BBQ creations for YOU to sample. You’ll get to vote for your favorites and help crown the Grand Champion and Reserve Champion!
Think BBQ legends, big flavors, and award-winning pitmasters from around the country serving up their best. This is where BBQ dreams come true.
Nope — this isn’t a vendor fair. It’s all about cook teams, pitmasters, and sponsors. But trust us, there will be plenty to eat!
We love pups, but this one’s for the humans only. Please leave the furry friends at home.
Travel light, eat big! To keep everyone safe and speedy at the gates, the following aren’t allowed:
- Oversized bags (bigger than 12x12x12) or backpacks
- Camera bags, selfie sticks, GoPros, tablets
- Large lenses (over 4”), binocular bags
- Coolers, outside food or drink
- Weapons, fireworks, sharp objects, pepper spray, or drugs
- Chairs, folding chairs, poles, or big banners/signs
- Wrapped packages or gifts

LOGISTICS FAQs
Paid public parking lots are available within 1–2 blocks. ADA parking is also available.
Yes! We highly recommend Uber or Lyft since downtown parking fills fast. Rideshares can drop off on the south side of the park near E Harrison St.
Nope — BBQ Love Fest is 100% cashless. Bring your card or mobile pay.
TICKETING & ENTRY FAQs
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event is rain or shine with no re-entry — so plan to stay and soak it all in!
Yes!
- Ages 0–6: FREE
- Ages 7–13: Discounted GA ticket for just $25
- 14 and up: Regular ticket required
Nope — save some trees. Show your ticket on your phone or print it out, either works.
ACCESSIBILITY & COMFORT FAQs
Yes — ramps, bathrooms, and pathways are ADA-friendly.
VIP guests can chill in shaded seating areas. GA has limited shade, so we recommend hats, sunscreen, and staying hydrated.
Yes, strollers are welcome, but they’re subject to search at the gate.
Yes — bottled water will be available for purchase at the festival.

BBQ and live music go hand in hand. Local artists will be playing throughout the day to keep the vibe going strong.
FOOD & BEVERAGE FAQs
Samples galore! Cook teams, pitmasters, and our BBQ partners will keep your taste buds busy. GA tickets include food samples, and VIPs also get drinks included. Drinks will be available for purchase for GA.
This is a meat-lover’s paradise. Specialty diet options are not available.
- No outside alcohol allowed
- 21+ only with valid photo ID
- No ID, no drinks — no exceptions
- If you’re visibly impaired, we can’t let you in
